I’m a Toronto-based photographer specializing in portraits, couples, and weddings all captured on film. My work is rooted in storytelling, bridging the external and internal worlds.
I’ve been shooting film since I was a teenager, developing rolls in my high school darkroom, chasing the magic of scans and prints. Film taught me that beauty lives in imperfection from the soft grain, gentle blur, and natural tones that make a photo feel like a memory.
Photography became my way of slowing down time, of holding onto the fleeting, magical moments we never want to lose. Like how a song from 10 years ago can instantly bring you back, or how laughter in an old photo makes you feel that same joy all over again. That’s why my work focuses less on posed perfection and more on creating images that feel like home: timeless, personal, and deeply felt.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me at a café with a croissant, making matcha at home, or rewatching The Time Traveler’s Wife (the original) with tears in my eyes.

Why is film such an investment?
Working with film involves tangible costs, from selecting and purchasing rolls to the hand-developing process, to lab scans and archiving. For a typical session this means dozens of frames are created, each one a unique negative that can't be replicated digitally. Being photographed on film feels different, intentional, it's the first part of our timeless experience together.
